Our Story

This passion sparked a great interest in psychology of human motivation which led Shehab to pursue a course study in communications and marketing at Capilano University in Vancouver, Canada.

In the summer of 2023, he assumed the role of “mobilization coordinator” at a reputable construction company in Australia. This experience allowed him to engage firsthand with individuals possessing diverse perspectives and unique narratives.

One thing about Shehab is that he is a highly motivated individual, so he would frequently inquire his fellow colleagues if they felt the same way about their jobs. But unfortunately, they did not share the same motivation he did. To them, work was just “another job” or they were there “for the money” and it didn’t matter to them that they were working for esteemed corporations.

This didn’t sit well with Shehab as he believes that individuals have quite the potential to derive a great satisfaction from their work experience, especially considering the financial compensation they receive for their -usually- long hours.

This compelled him to formulate the “Accelerated Motivation Process”, abbreviated as “AMP,” aimed at addressing the question:

How can we save a company as much time, money, and effort as possible while also increasing employee productivity and loyalty?

This can be easily done by balancing between achieving organizational objectives and prioritizing employees’ well-being. When accomplished, it ensures that employees feel heard and understood.

When Shehab first introduced this concept to his line manager, his response was: “we don’t have time for this. We have priorities and this isn’t one of them.” Although this was a disheartening feedback, Shehab was eager enough to persist and push for implementing the AMP on a larger scale, making it easy for employees’ perspectives to reach top management efficiently and clearly.

Which leads us to today, after detailed collaborations with psychologists, college professors, a mentor, and a quality director, Pyrafly emerged.

The name “Pyrafly” is derived from the Latin word “Pyralis,” meaning “firefly,” coupled with the English term “firefly.” This name is born from the natural phenomenon where the radiance of a solitary firefly is visible from a distance, while the combined luminescence of numerous fireflies can illuminate an entire forest.

Which in turn, makes our objective to illuminate and inspire the global community.
